The inaugural Zimbabwe Real Estate & Construction Awards were hosted on the 14^th of December 2024 as a key highlight of the summit and this year’s ceremony will be bigger and more prestigious.

These awards are the first ever real estate and construction-oriented awards in the history of Zimbabwe. It aims to recognize excellence, innovation, and leadership across the industry, celebrating outstanding projects, companies, and individuals who are shaping Zimbabwe’s real estate and construction sectors.
