The Zimbabwe Real Estate Public Lecture is a free public symposium aimed at educating the community on navigating Zimbabwe’s booming real estate sector.

The first edition of the public lecture was hosted on the 17^th of June 2025 at the Harare Showgrounds and it was a resounding success with over 300 delegates in attendance. It provided vital insights on securing legitimate stands, avoiding corruption, demolitions and double allocations, as well as understanding legal procedures, including due diligence and property transactions, to empower the public to make informed decisions and protect themselves in a growing market.

The second Public Lecture will be hosted in the City of Bulawayo in June 2026.
