The Zimbabwe Women in Real Estate and Construction Awards are an integral and vital component of the ZiRECS initiative. The awards are specifically designed to acknowledge, celebrate, and promote the outstanding contributions and achievements of women within these traditionally male-dominated industries.

We aim to highlight their innovation, leadership, and resilience, inspiring future generations of women to pursue careers in real estate and construction.

The first edition of the women’s awards was hosted on the 10^th of May 2025 at Golden Conofer and the 2026 edition will be hosted in May 2026.
